LOVE, LIGHT & VISION

“Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others.”

“Vision looks inward and becomes duty.Vision looks outward and becomes aspiration.Vision looks upward and becomes faith.”

wat a LIFE needs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

The four candles burn slowly.
The ambiance was so soft, you could hear them talking.
The First One said: "I Am Peace! However, Nobody Can Keep Me Lit. I Believe I Will Go Out." Its flame rapidly diminishes and goes out completely.
The Second One says: "I Am Faith! Most of All, I Am No Longer Indispensable, So It Doesn't Make Any Sense That I Stay Lit Any Longer." When it finished talking, a breeze softly blew on it putting it out.
Sadly, The Third Candle Spoke In Its Turn: "I Am Love! I Haven't Got The Strength To Stay Lit. People Put Me Aside & Don't Understand My Importance. They Even Forget To Love Those Who Are Nearest To Them." And waiting no longer it goes out.
Suddenly... A Child Enters The Room And Sees Three Candles Not Burning. "Why Are You Not Burning? You Are Supposed To Stay Lit Till The End." Saying this, the child begins to cry.
Then The Fourth Candle Said: "Don't Be Afraid, While I Am Still Burning We Can Re-Light The Other Candles, I Am Hope!"
With Shining Eyes, The Child Took The Candle Of Hope And Lit The Other Candles.
The flame of Hope should never go out from your life.....and each of us should maintain Hope, Faith, Peace and Love!!!

GOKARNA

Gokarna means Cows' Ear. It is believed that Lord SHIVA emerged from the ear of a cow (PRITHVI, the Mother Earth) here.

Gokarna is town of contrasts as it is a temple town and also a holiday destination by the sea. Gokarna is full of coconut and palm trees, blue seas and clean sands. It is an attractive town with two main streets with shops and traditional tile roofed brick houses. Gokarna is a hippy paradise with drums, guitars and hammocks. The beaches near Gokarna have shacks (huts) for rent.

RED CORAL

Moonga, red and sindoori (vermilion) in color. The use of the coral in jewellery dates back to the Romans who considered it auspicious worn in amulets. Because of it auspiciousness, the coral, through not a precious stone, has been given a coverted place in Navaratnas. A good coral is opaquered, is perfectly round or oval and regular; is smooth, and gives out lovely splendorous. It is flawed if it is spotted, cracked, has more than one shade of color or the surface is anyway depressed or twisted.

Through the use of Coral, in gold several diseases can be warded off, particularly tropicla fevers, chicken pox, jaundice, fistula, impotency and ailments pertaining to blood, particularly impure blood. Coral use is also most effective in healing ailments like anaemia general debility, weakness, lasitude, body pains, allergies, inflammations , cough and cold, bronchitis, pneumonia etc

my first hand set NOKIA 2300

I had purchased Nokia2300 two years back. I am really happy with the piece. After handling various nokia models, I can say that this is the best low range model from Nokia
One more thing, some people say it hangs regularly, but as per my experience, I have never come across such situation. But......... features matters !!! It has good voice quality, has got good signal catching, long standby time and long talk time tooooooooo(Now u would have understood how long it is :-) ) One of the most striking feature is FM. Nokia don’t have FM facility in any lower range cells so for time pass it is best option. It is really have good choice for ’value for money’ option.

shivkera

"Winners don’t do different things, they do things differently”, that’s the gospel of management guru and motivator, SHIV KHERA.
Shiv Khera is the founder of Qualified Learning Systems Inc. An educator, business consultant, a much sought after speaker and a successful entrepreneur, Shiv has many feathers in his cap. He works to inspire and inform people, helping them realize their true potential. He has taken his dynamic personal message around the world. Shiv has been recognized as a "Louis Marchesi Fellow" by the Round Table Foundation. His numerous interviews have appeared in newspapers, magazines and various radio and television shows internationally.
Shiv left India after losing his family business of coal-mining to Nationalization. In the USA, it all began very humbly for him, washing cars to selling life insurance. He had his share of failure and struggle before he attended a lecture by Norman Vincent Peale whose motivational teachings changed his life forever. "After that lecture I realized that I was my own biggest problem, and then the direction of my life changed," declares Shiv Khera. His client list includes the who’s who of the corporate world.
He has authored three bestsellers. His first book “You Can Win”, which came out in 1998, has sold over a million copies worldwide. His much-awaited second book “Living With Honor” hit the stands in August 2003, becoming an instant bestseller. Then within a span of six months in February 2004, his third book “Freedom Is Not Free” was released, also to become a bestseller.
You Can Win: An international bestseller, it is a practical and a motivational tool crafted thoughtfully to ignite the human spirit. Whatever Shiv preaches he practices in his life. In his own words “sympathy is, I understand how you feel.” “Empathy is, I feel how you feel”. According to the author, the definition of the winning edge is to achieve excellence rather than perfection, as excellence paves the way for progress. Success and obstacles go hand in hand, success is determined not by the goals we achieve but by the obstacles we overcome to achieve our goals.
Living With Honor: Shiv feels that it is better to be honorable than to be honored. The book offers direction for living with pride in a cluttered environment. Here, the author wants us to introspect and propel ourselves into action with a clear direction. Responsibility and prompt action help us to take courageous stand to resolve challenges and lead us towards honorable living. This book will help clarify issues that concern us on a day-to-day basis and will equip ourselves to handle real-life situations.
Freedom Is Not Free: While his previous books have concentrated on individuals this one has concentrated on society. He firmly believes that a progressive society is the basis for individual progress of its people. He is of the opinion that we should stop thinking on narrower lines of caste, region or community but move together ahead as Indians, otherwise we can never prosper as a nation. This book is a result of the author’s refusal to tolerate injustice, corruption and oppression any further. He calls upon the common man to stand up and fight for principles so that Indians can live with dignity and prosperity.
SHIV SPEAK
We are born with five senses. Successful people have a sixth sense -- common sense.Ability without dependability, responsibility and flexibility is a liability.Failure is a detour, not a dead end. It is a delay, not a defeat.Commitment says, “I am predictable in the unpredictable future.”Sincerity is no measure of good judgment. Someone could be sincere, yet wrong. The lesson from history is that 'we never learn.'It is not our position but our disposition that determines success.
ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS
Shiv Khera, the mind behind Qualified Learning Systems, has incorporated his years of experience as a motivator into developing a core program/workshop known as the Blueprint for Success (BPS). This program motivates people to recognize their true potential and gain success - personally and professionally. There are several programs catering to different levels of professional hierarchy. Every program is laid on the foundation principle of BPS, which says our attitude determines our success.
